Outdoor training

Since the weather was so nice yesterday I decided to outdoor exercise rather than being indoors in the gym. They have great outdoor facilities here in Gibraltar which you can use for free. I did sprints around the tennis and squash courts combined with dips, chin ups and body row. Was really good fun and had to play around a little bit as well of course ;)


Eftersom vädret var helt fantastiskt igår bestämde jag mig för att träna utomhus istället för inomhus i gymmet. Dom har riktigt bra utomhustränings faciliteter här i Gibraltar som man kan använda helt gratis. Jag körde intervaller runt tennis och squash banorna kombinerat med dips, chin ups och kroppsrodd. Var riktigt kul och jag var givetvis tvungen att leka runt lite också ;)
